Services
Riverdale provides website design, AI-assisted customer service, appointment scheduling, and follow-up automation. Specific features require connected providers; those features go live only after the provider is connected and tested.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee sales, jobs, cost savings, perfect availability, or fully autonomous operations. Results depend on inquiry volume, business processes, integrations, and execution.
Pricing & billing
Packages show 'Starting at' prices. Scope and usage are finalized in your proposal. Typical terms: 50% implementation deposit, balance at agreed acceptance, monthly billing from agreed go-live. Your final contract governs.
Usage
Usage resets monthly and does not roll over unless contracted. Additional usage, custom workflows, locations, paid APIs, taxes, and provider fees are disclosed in the proposal. We notify you before limits are reached and agree on additional usage before enabling paid extras.
Outbound calling
Outbound AI calling is disabled by default. Any later rollout requires documented consent, provider eligibility, suppression controls, and separately reviewed scope. We do not cold-call or message merely because a public number was found.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the services lawfully. We treat user and imported content as untrusted; it cannot override system rules.
Liability
Services are provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for provider outages, third-party API changes, or outcomes outside our control.
